Ramoner hawking her jewelry on HSN tonight

Do you even know what channel HSN is? I don't, but you can bet your sweet tits I'm going to find it tonight at 9pm. (I think Eastern time, but I have no idea how the eff HSN works.) DON'T MAKE HER NERVOUS, you guys!

By the by, did anyone watch the preview special for NYC Prep? OMG. I can't even discuss it, because I will just make fun of those kids and they're KIDS. Okay, I'll just say one little bitty mean thing--what is going on with Camille's face? And Jessie? OY.

Ramoner on HSN is a MUST SEE. The gloop so much vaseline on the lens to give her a soft focus that you can't even make out her jawline.

I missed it - CRAP - maybe she'll be on again. That would have been good stuff. Okay, I was sooo hoping that you would discuss the NYC Prep preview. Good God in Heaven, I was dumbstruck and gobsmacked and nauseated by the whole thing. But mostly at the end I felt really sad for all of them, it was almost pitiful how totally neglected they were. I will take my middle class upbringing going to public school with a great (sometimes wacky) family than that any day! And you bet your sweet a$$ I'll be watching... (please note I didn't even discuss the fugly factor - see I'm being nice too)

Totally different topic...
I subscribed to SGM but what does it mean when you say "subscribers click through"? Thanks!!!

okay, there were some real ramo-ments on hsn tonight. bet you'll never guess how she got the nickname "sticky fingers ramona" oh and her martyfeldmans were out of control...

Ugh. Just watched NYC Prep. It makes me sick. Couldn't they have found better looking kids? That Camille looks like an alien and Jessie is horsey....but like a freaky 'close together eyed' horse. And that pompus PC... I think he's gay but doesn't know it yet.

It was all pretty annoying - don't know that I'll be able to watch the entire season.

All I know is Sebastian (?) is going to get whiplash if he keeps flipping his hair like that. What a bunch of spoiled rotten, neglected and pompous kids. Yet, strangely - I want to watch. Kind of like a car wreck where you slow down to get a look.

Sorry I missed Ramoner! Here's what she's peddling:

Yeah, I'm in for NYC Prep...

Who the hell leaves their 2 high school age kids alone all week in Manhattan? Are they nuts, or what?
Where's the love, support and boundaries? Ay yay yay.

Chloe said...

Ha. I watched NYC Prep. And I was mean.

It's Paris Hilton's Law, or something- in order to be super obnoxious, you have to be super pretty. These kids don't have it. Not to mention they all have the personalities of cardboard.

Really arrogant, over-inflated cardboard, but cardboard nonetheless.

OMG! I loved this from @Pat C: "All I know is Sebastian (?) is going to get whiplash if he keeps flipping his hair like that. " I wanted to strangle that kid!

And, the whole time I watched that preview special, I was thinking, "Blair Waldorf would never wear that."

SGM said...

I too kept making Gossip Girl comparisons (I don't watch GG (sad) but have read it) and thinking "Jessie, I know Blair and you are no Blair!"

At least Laguna and The Hills could back up the stupid behavior with some looks.

Anon 8:05, I say "subscribers click through" b/c many subscribers cannot tell that I've posted a video--they are for some reason invisible. In order to watch the vids, or even see that I posted one, they have to "click through" to the actual blog instead of reading it through email or google reader.

Maybe it's a good thing that I don't know what NYC Prep is. I watch far too much reality tv as it is.
Damn, I wish I saw what Ramoner was hawking just for the laughs, but then again I have no idea what channel HSN is on.

I can't stop laughing! I'm at work and seriously this just hit me funny...

"What is going on w/ Camille's face?"
LOL! You are HILARIOUS! (yes, I state the obvious) I can't wait for you to recap this show!

Richie Designs said...

I have not seen the Prep preview, but I know it will be like Gossip Girl only worse...since it's real.

knowing what we know about reality television, who in their right mind would let their 17 year old daughter on TV knowing that the insane things that come out of a 17 year olds mouth, will live on tape for evah and evah.

Lord help me if someone had been taping my insanity at that age.

SGM said...

EXACTLY.

Trudie said...

muranogirl, I agree completely. Who leaves their 16 and 18 year old kids in Manhattan by themselves while they live in the Hamptons? Why bother having kids? Even my teenage kids thought it was crazy.

Anonymous said...

and guess what?
they actually have schools in the hamptons.
and the best part?
most homeowners only visit on weekends/summers but their homeowners' taxes pay for the schools.
so hampton schools tend to have much more money per capita to spend.
...not that they'd send their kids to public schools

so how did ramona do?

SGM said...

I missed Ramoner--I want to know too. Was she a freak?

dee said...

The Prep School fashion show scene just made me nauseous! OMG who is that girl wearing sunglasses like she's Anna or something?! I can't even...

Camille's face appeared as though she was looking into a doorknob..ya know?

Jenn said...

Re Camille/doorknob - TOTALLY! Or a Christmas tree ornament...one that isn't round. Freaky.
