Lucky's Cute Girl of the Day
Ah yes, I've been waiting for this. Cut-offs at work!
I think Jessie over at The Lucky Stone summed things up quite nicely in the comments of the last Lucky cute girl post: "you mean to tell me that there was NO ONE ELSE in the ENTIRE office that looked any cuter than this? I don't buy it. I think they're f-ing with us."

I am thankful everyday that my subscription is over. In fact, I just received one of those "please come back" letters. Not a chance in hell, sorry Lucky.
i'm SOOOOOO sure they would publish this in their magazine in a "hey, dress like this for work" article. lucky sucks!!!
Anon, I agree, although I almost broke down the other day, just for lack of anything else fashion-y to read.
Paige, You nailed it right on the head! Unless it was a feature on "Mucking out the stables in style!"
Alright. It's official.
Thanks for the mention, btw... you're a doll.
I love how she has perfect hair, teeth & smile, but looks like she stole the Gladiator's shoes, a homeless man's pants, and made a shirt out of her grandma's fashionable couch. This may be the worst Lucky outfit of the day yet! Seriously, I should work for Lucky, I've never felt so fashionable.
those shorts make me angry. her hair makes me itchy.
the way she's standing so that her calf muscles pop out? makes me stabby.
ahaha - karey - 'makes me stabby'. hahaha.
i really hate those shorts. like...hate. if i decided to stop shaving and start wearing hiking boots with wool socks - then i'd wear those shorts.
"Makes me stabby" is my new catch phrase.
It looks like she put together the outfit from donations to a children's hospital.
Any day now I'm going to be on the cover of Lucky mag, just y'all wait.
Cut off shorts...haha! They're desperate. Lucky has gone down hill for me lately.
The next Lucky girl will be wearing a barrel and boxes on her feet.
Are you kidding me!! Jean shorts to work, and is that a bleach stain on them?? The only thing missing in this picture is a mullet.

I don't get it. I agree that the Lucky outfits are a joke, but only because Lucky tends to be behind on "trends" they are reporting on and they usually choose super overpriced items for their target market. I wear jean shorts to work often, along with anything else I want to wear. Most creative and progressive companies allow this these days, and I would not work for any company that had a dress code. A dress code is ridiculous and takes away from actual work. I suggest that anyone making the above comments, climb out from under their rock and look for a new job. Again, Lucky does suck and their outfits are not cool, just so you know where I stand and I am not a total hater of SGM.
